The space
The space is unique and location is unbelievable. It’s located in New Port Royal with only three other families or property within walking distance. If you seek silence and a peaceful time this is the best premium experience for elite travelers on Roatan.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property including laundry. Their is an onsite property manager to maintain the electric system, provide security, and tend to your needs. A personal cook can be arranged for breakfast, lunch and dinner at extra cost but the daily cleaning of the bathrooms, common areas and property is included in the price.

Other things to note
REMINDER: We provide assistance with your luggage and personal belongings. We can arrange for groceries and pretty much anything you desire.

Apartment with A.C

1 bedroom apartment with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining areas. We are one of 4 properties located in the national park with exclusive and secluded privacy. Transportation (car/boat/motorcycle) rental is highly recommended.

Ideal for guests seeking a quite getaway surrounded by nature. We are off-the-grid and operate on Solar energy exclusively.

Note: We are located on the Eastend of the island.

The space
This space is unique because it’s the only rental property located in the National Park. You will be completely isolated from all the noise with the exception of course of the wild life.

Writers, bird watches, peace seekers rave about us and are amazed what they were able to accomplished during their stay.

Guest access
Everything on the property, including free washer/dryer, assistance with diving coordination, beach trips and much more. Full access to the national park.

Other things to note
Please note: The property is located on the East End of the island Roatan Honduras. It requires transportation…a car ideal. Motorcycle is not recommended but feasible if you are an experienced rider. Cars can be rented at airport for less than $40 a day and motorcycle are half that price. We can also arrange for pickup although we recommend personal vehicles.

The property is off-the-grid so your consumption of electricity might be limited late at night. There is a watchman who lives on the property who manages the off-the-grid system, provides assistance, security, etc. Upon request, (recommended) he can meet guests at airport and assist with coordination (rental car, groceries, local phone access and internet) to the property.

Internet: Because of our location the internet service is limited and sometimes not available. We rather say we don’t have internet to set clear expectations because it can be frustrating (being honest).

Alternatively: Guests have the option to purchase their own (5 gig) internet access card via the local phone company (Claro) which cost approximately $25. We can be prearranged this advance. $25 card typically last 2 weeks depending on usage.

King’s Landing

1 bedroom apartment with a full size bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining areas. We are one of four properties located in the national park with exclusive and secluded privacy. Transportation (car/boat/motorcycle) rental is highly recommended.

Guests are mainly travelers and tourist seeking a quiet getaway with an opportunity to stay in the wild. We are off-the-grind and operate on Solar energy exclusively.

Forest Retreat -Quick Getaway

As the name suggests; this studio is intended for short-term or overnight stay in the National Park. The studio comes with a twin bed, private bathroom, and fridge. Ideal for backpackers and low budget travelers. We wanted to provide an alternative for low budget travelers. You’ll experience the national park on the large deck while listen to parrots and time fly by.

We are located on the East-end across from Camp Bay.

Deluxe property in National Parque across from Camb Bay. Buganda has fantastic mountain, forest and ocean views accompanied by wild life. Buganda’s master suite comes with a queen size bed and a king bed in the second suite along with a full kitchen, laundry room and private decks.

2 km to beach, close proximity to everything such as Pangea dive shop, kit surfing, restaurants and Barbong Beach (Camp Bay). Dock access is a gateway to world class snorkeling, diving and mangroves.
